Spryka ePostMailer

A traditional mail client is never enough if you need to send a newsletter or some marketing materials to hundreds of customers. Fortunately, there is no shortage of applications that are designed specifically for this task. One of them is Spryka ePostMailer. It can send your messages to a huge list of contacts and it is quite flexible when it comes to managing mailing lists.

The software is compatible with all Windows versions, from Win 98 to Win 7. It can be installed in a few moments and it does not ask for too many resources. Besides that, you don't have to meet any special requirements before running the program.

The application's interface is not too complicated. You may compose your messages and manage your contacts on separate tabs. While composing a message, you can use all the usual text formatting options for changing fonts, aligning the text and so on. Additionally, the software allows you to switch from the standard text editor to an HTML editor, a plain message editor.

Contacts can be added manually, one by one, or imported from a local file. A wizard will help you import contacts from a wide variety of file types, including TXT, CSV, XLS and many others. The wizard will also instruct you to specify the used field delimiter, in your mailing list, and make a few other configurations.

Besides configuring your SMTP and POP servers, in the general settings panel, you can also make a series of settings to handle email addresses in different ways, in case of undelivered messages. Managing subscription and removal requests is another possibility.
